[Plugin: No IE Welcome] please release updated version for IE9 !!!!

    Yes, I found this Plugin very useful cause the custom-community Theme seems only be supported by IE9 or above.

    But since this Plugin haven’t got an update for long time and the current version is only for IE8, anybody could do the update or tell me which code line I should edit?
