please use css to change button style, but use following css class:

.nm_mc_button

Well just goto

wp-admin -> Nmedia fileuploader -> Style/CSS

here you see the box to put your own style.

sorry NOT Nmedia Fileuploader, but:

wp-admin -> Nmedia Mailchimp -> Style/CSS
