[Plugin: Ninja Forms Lite] flash of 'processing form' HUGE 100% height on screen

    when submitting a form, ajax or redirect, the ‘processing’ message popup is huge (100% height, with text at bottom).

    Not a pleasant user experience.

    What I need to know is the class of this popup (it goes by too fast for any inspection) so I can perhaps look for conflicts in the theme css.

    or, any other solution if you’ve heard this one before.

    quick addition: maybe I’m too close, but it seems there’s a conflict with the ‘processing’ script trying to scroll to top before displaying, and yet my theme has a ‘scroll to top’ already in play.

    This might explain the box height being so large (100% height).

    I’m under deadline (aren’t we all?) so really trying to help give as much possible, and need an answer.

    all parts are up to date/latest versions.

    I am facing the same problem on my site. I am using Ninja forms for registering members and the processing box has huge amount of white space on top.

    It looks like there’s something strange going on with the CSS of your site and jQuery UI. I’m not sure where the issue is, but I would try disabling plugins other than Ninja Forms and see if anything changes. You might also try temporarily changing your theme back to the default 2011 WP Theme and see if you still get the strange popup height.
