[Plugin: Ninja Forms] How to add a time field?

Can anyone tell me how I would add a time field into the form?
eg 11.54 AM etc.
Cant seem t find answer anywhere.
I know how to add a date field which is ace, but I also need a time field for users to enter for bookings.
