[Plugin: NextGEN Scroll Gallery] Image scroll speed & Scrollbar

Just two quick questions:a) Is there a way to change the speed at which the (full) image moves to the next? E.g.: If I click on the last thumbnail in my gallery, the plugin scrolls through all the pictures inbetween until it reaches the one I clicked on and sometimes it kind of stutters. It’s nothing serious, just a question of aesthetics.
b) When I load my site it takes a while to load all the thumbnails. That’s usually when a scrollbar appears beneath it. Any way to disable this?
It’s an awesome plugin nonetheless.
