[Plugin: NextGEN Scroll Gallery] Bouncing Gallery in IE All versions

If you visit my site at https://kylecomfort.org if you go in internet explorer you will see that the scroll gallery is bouncing (which fixes itself once you refresh)

I am using pagelines as a framework.. but can’t figure out what is causing the bouncing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
