[Plugin: NextGEN Public Uploader] poor support

I completely agree! The only post I have seen the developers WebDevStudios comment on so far is one about a huge security issue.

If you are going to develop a plug-in at all you should be willing to support it properly in my opinion.

I’m guessing they did it to draw attention to the other paid services they provide which might have worked if they actually had proper support for this…

They say that they offer support on their own WebDevStudios web site, but the support forum there is down for maintenance too. Hmmm…
