[Plugin: NextGEN Public Uploader] Auto publish new post(s) on image(s) upload?

First of all, love the plugin.

As the title says, I’d like to be able to have a new post automatically generated and published each time an image is uploaded. Also, that a new and separate post be published for each image uploaded if images are uploaded. Being able to exclude until approval is also important. Maybe have an option in the gallery that the image is uploaded to that says, “create a new post” next to each picture in the gallery just as the gallery as a whole has an option to create a new page. Is the plugin already capable of this feature? If so, how would I go about executing said function(s)? If not, how would I go about making the functions(s) happen, either through this plugin or an alternative plugin, although Public Uploader is great.
