[Plugin: NextGEN Monoslideshow] Integrating the (paid for) .swf file and the Monoslideshow.

  • I use wordpress 3.0. I downloaded the NextGEN Monoslideshow but since it didn’t have the .swf file, I purchased the monoslideshow215, uploaded to WordPress and got the error message that “there was no header file” and so installation failed. (I am totally new to this work, so I don’t know what to do about this error message or what it even means).

    So I tried reinstalling and the installation failed, the error message read: “Destination folder already exists. /home/content/20/6215420/html/aaronderi/wp-content/plugins/monoslideshow215/”.

    Probably easy to fix…any advice out there? Thanks.

  • The Installation instructions for this plugin say to install the monoslideshow.swf file in the WP Uploads folder. The simple way to do that is to use the Admin “Media > Add new” option to upload the file.
