Hi Alex:

I am having a similar issue with the thumbnails not generating at all. I am not getting the memory error. I’ve done every suggestion change memory limit, reduced photos, upload ftp even called my host that’s when they told me that there are several parameters that are not being submitted to the script that dynamically generates the gallery. and give me the script:

I also get a script error when I click edit thumbnail it says division by zero. The watermark doesn’t work. (note I dont see the thumbnails but I can see the big picture if I click on view.

Please help me fix that…it would be greatly appreciated, I really love this plugin.
