[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Using NextGen for Header Slideshow Question

I’m not good at CSS but know HTML and WordPress. I’ve read of others being able to use NextGen or a variant of it to somehow create a header effect where a thumbnail image is enlarged into the header image and the image changes every few seconds.

Is there a plugin to enable this or does it require advanced CSS coding? If anyone has done this, are there any tutorials on it? I’d love to learn how to create this effect but don’t know CSS yet.
