[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] URL for images

  • In the NextGen slide show Is there a way to hotlink an image based on it’s filename? Example: Image filename is “image.com” When user clicks on the image she is taken to the image.com site preferably in a new window. I upload and replace 30 images twice a day. Each image has it’s unique filename based on the URL.
    Another complication is upon uploading “image.com” is being changed to “image_com_”. This will complicate automation even further.
    Thanks to any one who can suggest a solution.

  • I’m trying to do the same thing.

    I tried the instructions here, but it didn’t have any effect. The slideshow images still do not have a link.

    Has anyone solved this problem?
