[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Upgrading NextGen Gallery from Ver 0.98

I need to upgrade my website, which is currently using WordPress 2.5.1, to version 2.9.2. I am currently using NextGEN Gallery Version 0.98. When I upgrade to the latest version of NextGEN Gallery, how do I maintain the 19 Galleries that I have already created on my website with NextGEN?
