[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Upgraded NextGen Database – Now getting 500 error on upload

I upgraded the database for NextGen on a multi-site install and am now getting a 500 error.
My path is fine using blogs.dir/1/files/[folder_name] And 2,3 for other sites.
The Flash uploader is getting that 500 error since I saw the message to upgrade the Next Gen database.
