[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Unable to create thumb

  • Hi guys,

    I’m running the latest version of WP and the latest version of NextGen, and while uploading pictures the thumbs are not creating, looks like the page is not reloaded has it should be after images uploads.
    When I go to the gallery in order to edit the thumbs i get an error message
    :

    I’m hosted by 1and1 and my images size are like 4000 * 3600 or something like that (almost 6 Megs)

    I tried everything like downgrade version of nextgen but everything failed.

    Please help i can give you full access to my admin if it can helps

    Just wanted to chime in that I’m also not able to create thumbnails. I was a few weeks ago, so I’m thinking there’s a bug in the software.

    this is a pain in the ass !

    Plugin check return :

    Could create image with 1280 x 960 pixel

    So you need to use images with a smaller size ( or contact your hoster to increase the memory limit)

    How much memory do I need ? is 64 Meg enough for big pict like 4500 * 3000 ? (5 meg each) ?
