[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] thumbnails limit number on page?

Hi,
I am using Nextgen categories to display thumbnails ([nggallery id=1]) on static web pages.
I notice that the number of thumbnails displayed is limited to 20, the gallery <> controls display and the user must navigate to the next page…is there any way to alter this number?..
