  • it is caused by picture no 4 being 1px less high than the rest;
    (possibly because the original image height is different ?)

    no 4:
    ...thumbs_2011_10_21_degut_1751.jpg" width="100" height="74">
    vs the rest:
    thumbs_2011_10_21_degut_1744.jpg" width="100" height="75">

    the gallery code does not seem to add a ‘clear:both;’ on the first image in every row.

    thank you alchymyth!
    It seems to be the case when I change the thumbnail manually. A little change in gallery’s css brought the relief:

    .ngg-gallery-thumbnail img {
    background-color:#FFFFFF;
    border:1px solid #A9A9A9;
    display:block;
    margin:4px 0px 4px 5px;
    padding:4px !important;
    position:relative;

    <post removed – I figured out the problem>

    Dear jdvernier!

    You wrote that you figured out the problem, but what can I do to fix the problem ? ??
    Will there be an update in the next days, or do I have to make some changes in my code?

    I′ll be happy about a short answer.
    Have a nice day.

    Best regards,
    Thorben

    Hello all,

    I still have this problem, and couldn′t fix it myself.
    I try different themes, but this didn′t solve it.

    If someone got an idea, I′ll be really happy.

    Best regards,
    Thorben

    make thumbnails again to fix the high

    Dear shikata!

    After generating everything looks better, but not fine….
    I′ve to customized some thumbnails, because at some pictures you couldn′t see the head of the person, and this doesn′t looks very good.

    After generating I make following steps to edit the thumbs:

    Manage Gallery — Choose Gallery — Chosse Picture and Edit Thumb – Save

    After Creating a new thumb, (change the area of the thumb) my problem is back… Any ideas?

    Have a nice evening.

    Does anybody else got a solution for my thumbnail problem.
    I′ll be really happy about any suggestions.

    Best regards,
    Thorben
