[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] tagcloud links don`t work

Hi, all
Here I`ve try to use the [tagcloud] tag, but links from there went me to the 404 error page.

Also <a href=”https://nialsteklo.ru/%D0%B4%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8″>On another page</a> I used the [albumtags=] tag, and thumbails are clickable, but nothing opens, unfortunately.

I`m not good with PHP, how could I help to correct this?
