[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Still failing to upload

I have two installations using the super-duper NextGen Gallery, and I love it.

I’ve had no response to my posting earlier today (“A failure occurred”) about failing to upload images to the newest one, but later posts are getting answered. :o(

Is there no hope for my little problem? ;o)

I just need to know if I’m doing something wrong, or whether I have to go through 13000 images and resize them all manually before uploading. Please! Please help!
