[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Several Problems – no thumbs, etc

  • Hi,
    I have several problems and was hoping to get some help.

    1. Thumbnails are not being generated, no error msgs
    2. On the albums page, I cannot drag galleries into the album
    3. On the albums page, all the links above the albums (
      [Show all] | [Maximize] | [Minimize]), have no effect

    I tried readding all the plugin files to make sure nothing was missing. Any help greatly appreciated!

    Some more details:
    I am on Dreamhost, adn I am working with a child theme of Mimbo Pro. Thanks.

    I’m on Dreamhost, and NextGEN Gallery works fine for me. What web browser are you using?

    When you choose “Create new thumbnails” from the drop-down and click OK, nothing happens?

    This is actually the forum that the author asks you to post on, he hasn’t provided anything on his hp, so hopefully Mr Rabe will make an appearance at some point ??

    Yes, it was the ‘Stray Random Quotes’ plugin that was killing it. Thanks!

    I’ve got an instance of NextGen killing ‘Stray Random Quotes’ – any thoughts on a work around – I really need (want) both

    The problem I was having was a conflict with the shortcode.
    I changed [random-quote] to [stray-quote] and it seems to be working.
    (line 601 in stray-quotes.php)
