[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Role Management / Rights Problem

Hi,
this is my problem:when I change the access for image uploading to the minimal user level of an author than i will also change it for me (admin) not to allow it.
I also can’t change it in the role manager. the NextGEN btns are just not clickable. Any idea?
