[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Remove blk page fade out when viewing large image

Hi
How do I remove the black fade out effect once you’ve clicked on a thumbnail to enlarge?

I’m trying to go for the effect here:

(though I’ve noticed it only works in Firefox and not IE).
