[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] random preview image more

Hey guys..
How do I a random preview image instead of specifying one?
Also, I would like to add the same gallery to various albums. At the moment this is not posible. Can anyone else tell me about a way instead of making a new gallery with the same images?
