• I am using NextGEN Gallery to display pictures at https://www.lseverson.com/blog/gallery I have it set up that when you click on a category it goes straight into a PicLens/CoolIris gallery (as part of the NextGEN plugin). However, this gallery degrades the images. They look great in photoshop and anywhere else but when put into the gallery they look pixelated and of poor quality. Some of the pictures look fine in the gallery where others look pretty awful with pixelation. Is there a trick to make this work or is this just a limitation of the plugin? Is there a special size/resolution that the images need to be uploaded into? I’ve tried all different sizes and they are 300 dpi images. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  • I have the same problem… Been searching all day to find a solution… no luck:(

Hopefully the developer will see this

Did you ever get this resolved. I have been emailing back and forth with Cooliris (Piclense) for a few months but they gave up on me.
