[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Plugin breaks after adding gallery

I’ve just moved a site over from our development area to a live server and NextGEN has stopped working. A Gallery page was created that now just shows blank. The page loads right up until the content should display. Most of the administration pages will also not load content.

I’ve done a complete reinstall of the plugin which works fine. As soon as I add a new gallery, everything breaks again. Admin pages show up blank and the Gallery page doesn’t output correctly. I’ve doubled checked all permissions and installation files.

Site is on an Earthlink server.

Any suggestions?
