[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Page output

Hi all, my problem is the following: I’ve created pages with NextGen automatically, then listed them using WP subpage code. So far so good. However, it looks pretty dull. I’d like to have a thumb for each gallery, ie using custom fields or whatever, is that possible? I understand I might be able to do this using albums, but I really don’t understand exactly how albums work and can’t find any code to list albums either other than the code for posts (which is absolutely useless for me)
