[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] No exif data?

Please request the autor of XML Google maps for help. seems to be not an NextGEN issue (as long as you not resize the imeages wich NextGEN , because this process removes the Exif data, unfortunately …)

I have no problem with this image. I simply added it to a Gallery, and then I entered
[xmlgm ngg_gallery=x] (x stands for the NextGEN Gallery ID)
or
[xmlgm ngg_picture=x] (x stands for the NextGEN Picture ID).

The picture suddenly appears in Tenerife in the post…

And how does it look like in your post?
Did you activate the XML Google Maps Plugin?
Did you configure a Google Maps API Key?

Should I reinstall the plugins?
The XML Google Map and the NextGen?
If so, in witch order should I install the plugins?

I think your PHP installtion does not support the EXIF functions, but it’s only a speculation…

When I show the meta data in Gallery, I see as result: “No exif data”.
I think there is a problem with reading the EXIF data of the photo’s. Is there a method how to check the reading of EXIF data of photo’s?

Have a look at https://ch2.php.net/manual/en/book.exif.php ! You can check if the exif_read_data function exists!

Thanks you for your information about reading EXIF data. This was not supported on my website. My hostingprovider has activated the module(?) and it works.

Be resolved in a later version?
Or perhaps will it be possible to add the required Exif data for Google Maps thourgh NextGen?
