[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] multiple problems with nextGEN Gallery

Hi, I just posted this on the forum (I am hoping the author can help):
I searched on the forum and couldn’t find anything quite like this. First of all, I have had a problem with the images not showing up in sequence. They are in sequence in terms of ID# and sort order, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. After I reinstalled the slideshow it was only showing up in Safari. I found in another forum post that said [slideshow custom=1 id=1] works better for some reason than [slideshow id=1] so I tried that and now it’s showing up in Firefox and Safari but not Opera and it’s still out of sequence. Also I am using the latest version of both WP and NGG. Any ideas? I’m thinking about switching to another plugin that hopefully won’t give me so many problems.

I’m very frustrated because it hasn’t worked properly since the day I installed it. I also replied to a post a few days ago about the sequencing issue but didn’t get any response (my client is waiting patiently). And I tried switching themes to see if that had anything to do with it. So I’m going to try another slideshow to see if I can get one that works better. But if you can help me out so I don’t have to do that it would be much appreciated.
