[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Manage Gallery suddenly very slow =( please help

Hi everybody !
Really hoping someone can help me out.
Recently I’ve had a massive slow down when I try to manage galleries. Doesn’t matter if the gallery has one picture or one hundred.
Thumbnails take forever to load or save changes. Sometimes taking over five minutes just to load a gallery with a single picture.
You have to understand how frustrating that will be when I update my several times a day.
Hopefully someone here knows what’s could be causing this and have a solution.
