[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Link to gallery

Hey, hate to sound so green but I am really new to all this! have made my site, and created an album, with images in. But now I really dont know how to go about creating a link to the album, as this ‘installation’ details on the plugin went right over my head ?? any kind of step-by-step would be appreciated more than oxygen right now!
