[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Is there way to create more and different sized thumbnails?

I would like to create one more kind of thumbnails, not just one.
A small for preview on my index page (see here: blog.stephanskorepa.net) and and another one that is bigger to create a gallery like flickr.Is there any way to do this?
I’d really appreciate any kind of help!
