[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Images won’t pop up in Gallery/Picture List mode

I’m trying to get my gallery here to look like yours here with the picture/gallery list

But I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I just simply inserted the shortcode, [ nggallery=1 ]
