[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Image thumbnail replication in lightbox gallery preview

Has anyone had an issue with the lightbox overlay function in NextGen? When I click and image in the gallery and the lightbox opens, there are triplicate copies for the same image and I can’t get rid of it. …except in Explorer which is ok. Firefox and Safari has the issue.
