[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Image Problem & Sorting Problems

Two things:

First, single pics are not displayed properly inline. Look at https://www.pause.com and scroll down to the story about the DTV transition delay, where you’ll see a picture of an old TV next to a flat panel TV. Note how the image is all “fuzzy”? It looks like NGG is processing the pic to display it, even though it’s displaying at actual size.

If you click on the image so that it pops up, the one in the pop-up is perfect…all nice & crisp, etc.

What’s up with this and how do we fix it?

Second, is there a way (without editing the actual code of NGG, which will be written over at the next update) to display ALL lists in the admin in descending order? Since I usually need access to the latest stuff I’ve uploaded, it’s really a pain to have to always scroll through from oldest to newest.
