[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] – Image does not show correctly when clicked

  • Hello,

    I have NextGEN Gallery installed and whenever I use the call: [singlepic id=x w=width h=height] and the image shows up fine on the page but when you click it, a new window opens up going to the image path. The little Java popup thingy does not come up like it does on the images on this page: https://nextgen.boelinger.com/singlepic/.

    Any ideas?

  • I do know why: the pictures files don’t have the read permission attached to them for the web server.

    But I don’t know why this happens, and Alex doesn’t seem to comment any of the multiples threads reporting a similar problem. I don’t know if is because it is too easy or too complex.

    By the way, what is your environment ?
    Mine is Windows 2008, IIS 7, PHP 5.2.8 and MySQL 5.1.30
