[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] html no longer parsed by Description box

  • hi,
    i used to put html in the nextGen Description box to allow for a download of a hi-res version of any given image… but looks like the nextGen Description box in wp2.8 no longer parses html as it did in wp 2.7 and below…

    is there a way to fix this?

    it’s a deal breaker for this plug-in, unless there is another way to display an image from the gallery with html text…

    hmmmm…
    as i was prepping this email i had to go back in and redo the desc. text links to show only the code showing up, but now it’s working!

    not sure why… must have been something else.
    will see if i can reproduce on another site that’s exhibiting the same behaviour…

    Ok I am having the exact same problem. The description box is not taking HTML.
