[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How to mimic this?

Hi, I’m setting a client up with a website for his auction/estate sale company. The goal is for his to be able to post new sales and auctions in his blog as they come up. Here is his old site: https://vintage-auctions.com. You can see the link to the pictures of the stuff for sale, and the pagination, etc. I am trying to mimic this with NextGEN Gallery and Lightbox 2, but how? I reviewed the documentation, but I’m still not sure how exactly to go about it.
