[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How to add captions to Thickbox thumbnails?

I’ve created a gallery, and when I click on the thumbnail, I want the pic’s “Description” to appear as a caption. That doesn’t work with Thickbox. Only the Alt & Title Text show up in the enlarged pic.

The Shutter effect displays the Description, but I don’t like the way it looks. The navigation arrows are hard to see, and I’d rather have a lighter background.
