[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How To Activate the Watermark Feature?

When I go to Options–>Watermark it says that in order to be able to activate the watermark you need to go to “Manage Gallery”, but I go to Manage Gallery I don’t anything related to activating the watermark feature.
Any help will be really appreciated.
