[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] How can I adjst the size of pictures?

Hi, I used Nextgen for a gallery and have issues
First main one: I would like all the images to have the same size when I click on them (i used the presentation gallery and they all have different size)
Second.. I get some gray lines before and after the gallery, weird..
