• I just switched servers, so I have a feeling this may have something to do with it.

The flash upload is not working now.. when you try and upload I get this error after it shows that the image has been uploaded:

Error: 6344tw2_concept_art_05_ancient.jpeg : Failure in database, no gallery path set !

Then it will go back to the upload screen and says
    “0 picture(s) successfully added”

Im sure its a setting thats wrong because of the move to the new server, but not sure where I should look or change.

Forgot to mention when I deactivate the flash upload, I can upload one pic at a time.

Assume you’ve double-checked to make sure there IS a the gallery path specified in Gallery/Options/General Options? Maybe try re-saving it if it’s already there. If it’s not there, try wp-content/gallery/

I have changed it several times, and it doesn’t seem to make a difference, I would have thought it would change it

is there a place in the database I should look?

If you’re so inclined…..check your wp_options table and look for the ngg_options row. Click edit to see the contents. Embedded near the top of the option_value should be the directory. Mine starts off like this:
    a:70:{s:11:”gallerypath”;s:19:”wp-content/gallery

If you don’t agree with the path, carefully edit. If the path is not there but IS there in your Gallery admin panel….not sure what to tell you.

I wonder if just deactivating it and reactivating it would help? Or maybe just totally deleting it and reinstalling?

at this point I only have three galleries, so if I am going to do it, I guess it would be best to try it now.

I deleted the plugin and then uploaded again.

Now I don’t get the error but I do get the message after all the images are “uploaded”

    Directory /wp-content/gallery/dragonica-pc_1 contains no pictures

Have you checked the server to see if they are there or not? Either way, it sounds like a permissions issue – either to write to that directory or read from it.

I checked to see if they were uploaded, and they are not. Which I find interesting, because the gallery folder is there, but no pictures can be uploaded The permissions for the gallery is 777 so it shouldnt be an issue

Like I mentioned before this has not been an issue until I moved to a new server.

It apparently has something to do with the flash upload itself, as when I deactivate it, and upload the images, all seems to work

Hmmm…something worth asking your host about!
