[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Filename as Caption

  • Is there an easy way to make the filename (or AltText) display as the description?

    I could copy and paste the name from the Alt & Title into the Description, but that would need to be done for each photo. When I have a large number of photos in a gallery it is difficult for viewers to refer to a particular photo as nothing it displayed when viewing in thickbox or even as a caption under the thumbnails.

    There is a place. It’s called “Description”. The problem is that I would rather not enter all the data manually each time I upload a bunch of files.
