I will say that it sounded from your initial post like this started after you did a NextGEN update. That’s surprising since the solution didn’t seem connected to NextGEN in any way. So the question is what changed to upset the functionality. I’m wondering if there is any more useful information in the error message. Looks like you deleted that portion out. If the URL referenced in the error message had anything to do with NextGEN, that would be useful to see, and you’re welcome to contact us via https://www.nextgen-gallery.com with any more details.
