[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Display the first Gallery pic without waiting for a MouseClick

I have a NextGEN gallery that displays pictures alongside the thumbnails but there’s a big empty white space until the user clicks one of the picture thumbnails. Does anyone know how I can show one of the pictures immediately, without waiting for a Mouse Click on one of the pictures?
