[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Disable right click and image display

I would like to disable the ability to click on the image and have it open a file in the browser.
example, on this page -> https://www.sluder.net/aladdin-jr-gallery/?pid=6587
if you click the large image the file opens in -> https://www.sluder.net/wp-content/gallery/places-please-aladdin-jr/_MG_0237.jpg
I would like to stop this behavior and stop the ability to right click to download when view the image from the thumbnail.
I this a code hack/CSS or an option flag?
