[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] disable effects entirely?

  • I’m using nextgen gallery on a site, and I’d like to disable the “effects” entirely. I’m using the image browser to display the photos at the largest size — I don’t want the images to link at all.

    Any suggestions?

  • Go to – NextGen Gallery >> Option >> Effects and set custom effect. and clear the js function call and css class name.

    Right, I’ve done that… but the images still link. They just point to the image file itself, without any javascript effect like lightbox.

    What I’m trying to do is eliminate the images from linking to anything.
