[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Cannot create thumbnails

Hi when I am in the Manage Gallery screen and I am trying to create a thumbnail. I get the following error.
ID 3: A failure occurred
[object XMLHttpRequest]I am only testing the plugin to learn it and am following this tutorial.
