I have a gallery structure as follows: base album, which contains albums, which contains galleries.

When I view the first album (template=compact) on the site, there are thumbnail boxes for the sub-albums that have no image. When I click on one of the sub-albums, I get thumbnail boxes for the galleries that have thumbnails.

Is it possible to make a sub-album show the thumbnail image for the first gallery it contains?

I’ll be digging through the code to try to find some lead, but I would really appreciate all help on this.

    Thanks,
    Faison

  • Thumbnails for albums are set on album settings page. So, go to Gallery->Album then select an album and then click Edit Album where you can select an image to use for the thumbnail. Save/Update then you should be done.

    Hi Toshi,

Thanks for the response, though I ended up going a different route with this to avoid my odd setup.

    Thanks,
    Faison
