Figured it out. Under Plugins find/select “Editor”. Locate and edit the file “nextgen-gallery/view/imagebrowser.php” Move the div tag “<div class=”pic”><?php echo $image->href_link ?></div>” from just after “<h3><?php echo $image->alttext ?></h3>” to the bottom of the file just before the last “</div>”. The edited file is below.
