[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Bug: Can’t select a thumbnail for a Album

Hello

Tried it with NextGEN 1.9.3, too. No change. Doesn’t work.
In reference to [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Album doesn’t show an thumb of Albums collection

we have two issues

1. Album doesn’t show an thumbnail / preview image if you use a Album as a collection of Albums or Galleries, without using the tag option
2. Can’t select a user defined thumbnail / preview image of an Album in the Album settings, the Drop Down doesn’t work.
